The privately owned static caravan is ideally situated on Killigarth Manor on the coast above Polperro, with Looe only a short distance away.

There is a foot path to Polperro (down) catch the tram back to Killigarth Manor or take the coastal walk to Talland Bay (Dolphins have been seen at Talland Bay).

Looe has a large sandy safe beach plus the Banjo Pier. Boat and fishing trips go several times a day. A two hour fishing trip is fun for all of the family, keep what you catch. Or there is nearby local fish shop, daily fresh fish (a large wide selection).

There are many wonderful restaurants, pasty shops and the must of a Cornish Cream Tea. Don’t forget the Cornish fudge. There are many things to see and do in Cornwall. The Eden Project is only approx 30 miles away, Bodmin Moore, Jamaica Inn, The famous Monkey Sanctuary at Looe. The underground caves with a lake. Then of course there is all the entertainment of Killigarth Manor

ON OUR CARAVAN

The holiday home has two bedrooms one double with en suite, a flat screen TV with DVD, dressing table, wardrobe and draws. One twin bed b/room. The lounge/dining room has large area of sofa seating, table and chairs. flat screen TV with DVD.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster.

The toilet/shower has a large walk in shower.

The sun decking is large with two gates and furniture.

We operate a strict policy of NO SMOKING.

The gas and electric are all included in the price. The parking is on the nearby parking rank.
