This is a Willerby Aspen 37'x 12' Two bedroom six berth with en-suite & TV/DVD to master bedroom.
Gas central heating, double glazed, TV/DVD & digital receiver, large fridge/freezer, microwave, integral ironing board C/W Iron.
All duvets, pillows, hand/tea towels are supplied, but not the linen for the beds or pillows.
This is a Haven/ British Holiday park with access to all the activities (passes not included in price) but can be purchased on site.
There are fishing(sea, course, trout)facilities locally. Walking (coastal path) and cycle hire can also be enjoyed.
The caravan is maintained & cleaned by the owners to very high standards All safety tests are up to date. This is a strictly no smoking caravan, and no pets allowed.(if the no smoking request is not adhered to the bond will be forfeited)
The caravan is on a large plot with parking for three cars.
