East Sussex, in South East England, is home to many famous landmarks, beautiful sandy beaches, quaint historic towns and of course a good range of fantastic caravan holiday parks.

As a mainly rural area, many holidaymakers enjoy the natural beauty of the county including the famous South Downs and the Weald.

Beachy Head has to be the famous landmark in East Sussex and still in a must do for many. The historic nature of the county is shown in its many of its attractions which include the castles at Bodiam, Herstmonceux, Lewes and Pevensey and the defensive structures including Martello towers and Eastbourne Redoubt.

Although East Sussex has no motorways, there are many large ‘A Roads’ which link the main towns and cities with both each other and London.
